Nothing bad will happen if you apply too much of a Hemp topical, it’s not possible to overdose by applying too much.  However, a little goes a long way and we advise to apply the recommended amount to increase efficacy as well as the longevity of the entire bottle.

Hemp topicals can be felt within 30 to 45 minutes of application. That said, we recommend using Hemp at the same time every day, for at least 30 days, as Hemp takes time to begin working in tandem with your system (ECS).
