AM - PM Gummy Bundle

So i ordered the bundle a. m p. m distilled and whole USDA organic. The daytime one for me relax me enough to where i need to take it at night. The night time one keeps me up all freaking night smh lol. . . the night time one decreases my appetite witch is a good thing but i just don't like the up all night and mouth dry af in the morning. First night taking the night time one i took only one drop under my tongue a few minutes later my legs felt numb lol. I don't like how the company doesn't give you directions for first time users. I googled the info for first time use, they said to drop 2 to 3 drops under tongue for 60 seconds then swallow, this can be done 3 times out the day.
